1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

You are required to:

- Keep your personal details — such as your phone number and email address — up to date whenever changes occur, so that important communications reach you without delay.
- Do not transfer or lend your account to any third party under any circumstances.
User responsibilities also include the following prohibitions: do not use the platform for fraudulent purposes or money laundering, do not attempt to hack or disrupt pelita888's systems, do not use automated software or bots to access or interact with the platform, and do not engage in any activity that may compromise the security or experience of other users.
3. Payment Information, Deposits and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the pelita888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other methods listed in the account deposit section.
Payment rules are as follows:
- All deposits are final and non-reversible once the transaction has been confirmed by the system.
- Pelita888 does not bear any charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name — transfers to third parties are not permitted.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the user's VIP tier and chosen method, typically between one and three business days for standard accounts.
- Pelita888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
- Any attempt to defraud or manipulate the payment system will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.
All bonuses and promotional rewards are subject to the minimum wagering requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. Withdrawal of bonus funds before wagering requirements are met is not permitted.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property

Pelita888 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical delays, system errors, or actions by third parties. pelita888's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Pelita888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision under these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.

- Multiple account ownership by the same individual.

If an account is closed for valid reasons and a net positive balance is available, pelita888 will process a refund to the user in accordance with internal procedures within a reasonable timeframe.
